REFUND POLICY

1. General Policy
Haulweb offers subscription-based software services.
We may provide refunds in accordance with the terms below. Refund eligibility is determined at Haulweb’s sole discretion.
2. Subscription Fees
Subscription fees are billed:
Monthly or annually, depending on the selected plan
In advance of the billing period
Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following situations:
A. Duplicate Charges
If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same billing period.
B. Billing Errors
If an incorrect amount was charged due to a system error.
C. Service Failure
If the Services were materially unavailable due to system failure for an extended period and the issue was not resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
D. Discretionary Refunds
Haulweb may issue refunds on a case-by-case basis for customer satisfaction purposes.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be issued for:
Partial use of a billing period
Failure to cancel before renewal
User error
Change of business decision
Account suspension due to violation of Terms
Dissatisfaction with features clearly described prior to purchase
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Upon cancellation:
Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
No future charges will be made
Access may be limited after the billing period ends
Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund.
6. Trial Periods
If a free trial is offered:
No charges will occur until the trial ends
You must cancel before the trial expiration date to avoid billing
Trial periods are non-refundable once converted into paid subscriptions.
7. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, contact:

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original charge unless otherwise required by law.
8. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
Haulweb is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.
9. Chargebacks
If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting support:
Account access may be suspended
Future service may be denied
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve billing issues.
10. Modifications
Haulweb reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time.
Updated policies apply to future purchases only.
