1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Haulweb platform (“Platform”), including web and mobile applications, APIs, or related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Haulweb provides transportation management tools for carriers, brokers, dispatchers, and drivers, including but not limited to:

  • Load management and dispatch tools

  • Real-time tracking integrations

  • Electronic Logging Device (ELD) integrations

  • Routing and ETA calculations

  • Document upload and automated data extraction

  • Communication tools (including chat)

  • Analytics and reporting

Haulweb does not act as a freight broker, carrier, shipper, or logistics provider.

Haulweb does not transport goods.

Haulweb is a software provider only.

3. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Have authority to bind your company if registering on behalf of a business

  • Provide accurate registration information

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree:

  • To use the Services only for lawful purposes

  • Not to upload false, fraudulent, or misleading load information

  • Not to interfere with system operations

  • Not to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Services

  • To comply with all applicable transportation laws and regulations

Carriers and brokers remain fully responsible for:

  • Regulatory compliance

  • FMCSA compliance

  • Insurance requirements

  • Load execution

  • Contractual obligations between parties

Haulweb does not verify or guarantee regulatory compliance.

5. Data and Privacy

You retain ownership of your business data.

By using the Services, you grant Haulweb a limited license to:

  • Process, store, and transmit data

  • Provide system functionality

  • Improve services

Tracking data, document uploads, and communications may be stored and processed to provide Services.

6. Payment Terms

Certain Services require payment.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees

  • Authorize recurring billing where applicable

  • Provide valid payment information

Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Haulweb reserves the right to change pricing with notice.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

7. AI and Automated Processing Disclaimer

Certain features may utilize automated systems or artificial intelligence for document extraction, ETA calculation, or routing.

You acknowledge:

  • Automated outputs may contain errors

  • Users are responsible for verifying extracted data

  • Haulweb is not liable for operational decisions made based on automated outputs

8. Service Availability

Haulweb strives to maintain system uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Services may be suspended for:

  • Maintenance

  • Security issues

  • Force majeure events

Haulweb is not liable for losses caused by temporary service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Haulweb shall not be liable for:

  • Lost profits

  • Business interruption

  • Load delays

  • Contract disputes

  • Regulatory penalties

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Haulweb LLC and its affiliates from claims arising from:

  • Your misuse of the Services

  • Your violation of laws

  • Disputes between carriers, brokers, or shippers

  • Uploaded or transmitted content

11. Termination

Haulweb may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Violation of Terms

  • Non-payment

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Security risks

Users may cancel subscriptions according to billing terms.

12. Intellectual Property

All software, design, code, and system architecture are the exclusive property of Haulweb LLC.

You may not:

  • Copy

  • Modify

  • Distribute

  • Resell

  • Reverse engineer

Without written consent.

13. Third-Party Integrations

Haulweb integrates with third-party services (including ELD providers and payment processors).

Haulweb is not responsible for:

  • Third-party outages

  • API changes

  • Data accuracy from external systems

Use of third-party integrations may be subject to their respective terms.

14. Dispute Resolution
